If i ever did jot down notes, I'm thinking they'd be too shaky to read afterwards! :shrug

When I watch porn I tend to have a sketchbook near at hand to notate shots whose composition I like.
Just outfits or heels that I like. Other than that, I tend to totally zone out. I hear that too much of the stuff will turn you into a Franklin.

For a good scene I'll just make a note there as Great or Keeper. With that I can always find the ones worth watching again or if I need to do some spring cleaning. I can sort via description to group them and delete the rest.
The only beans I pay attention to are the giggle-beans on my favorite ladies. Kobe Tai has a nice one.
