I think the jenner girl is just an industry "beard" for Tyga.

This is America! "If your gonna fly close to the sun." I don't condone it, but she has the right to out him if she chooses.

To be honest i think this best sums up the whole thing. Its mostly for comedic effect but #10 hits the nail on the head
No one likes people spouting out anyone's sexual exploits. Yes it happens to famous people. It doesn't mean it's ok just because a gg does it. That's why celebrities never like tell all books.
I just don't like the photo, because as much as many people on here understand the problem is people out there will see it completely different. When something is put in the public light about a celebrity no matter what the notoriety level is they tend to assume the worst. If you want to establish there was relationship then show photos of that.
Honestly, if the photo had something to clearly identifying it was her I wouldn't be half as bad. At least people would know it's Mia.
You should keep your mouth shut because parading around the sex you have with a person is trashy and inconsiderate to the other person's privacy who may not appreciate you bragging or trying to capitalize on a shared intimate time. Apparently you're so sleezy you don't realize most people don't care to not only share, but openly publicize to the whole world their sexual lives. They consider it something personal and private. A shame that you have to have it explained to you how to be a decent human being.
The dick in the pic certainly has Mia's length. That aside it casts doubt on peoples gaurentee to privacy which would be a bad thing for providers.
Now here is a fascinating thing I think Mia has gotten herself into some bit of trouble. Once I saw the photo I kept thinking about the new law passed in California about distribution of private sexual images more commonly touted as the revenge porn law. Under California Penal Code 647(j)(4), he might actually have a case with her photo. There are few hurdles in successfully making the claim, but I think under my quick review of it (I am not getting paid to look it) he may easily meet all the standards required to seek legal relief. Personally, if I was her I would be calling my attorney and asking what should I do about the photo, because if Tyga's attorney is familiar with certain areas of law I would offer her the opportunity to withdraw and withhold her statements against my client on the condition he would not seek pursue his legal claim under the new law CPC 647(j)(4). I will probably take look at some court cases to see how the courts interpret it, but that's my hunch.
