Re: The NFL's first Transgender Cheerleader
For the "First Transseual" NFL cheerleader, they should have chosen someone more aesthetically pleasing.

Reminds me of how Playboy announced their first "out" transgender playmate a couple of years ago, acknowledging they'd had stealth Playmates before, most famously Caroline Cossey, who of course got outed a couple years after appearing in the magazine (and to Playboy's credit, they invited her back, long before trans acceptance was fashionable). I once read a thread where a couple of tgirls knew for a fact there had been at least 3 other stealth trans PB centerfolds over the years, which of course I've been curious about ever since.

Honest question- Do Cheerleaders make a difference to a game? We don't have them in football or any other game in the UK as far as I know (Basketball?) Aren't they just eye candy and groupies for the guys?

They're additional entertainment. They certainly don't hurt the games. There's a lot of downtime during an NFL game. They can do stuff on the sidelines and alleviate the boredom.
