Do you think you'll ever have a weekly or monthly
club/party in hollywood or l.a. ?
I think you are thinking of someone else. Buddy used to run a sporadic one in North Hollywood, but I can't recall any others, other than the TEAs.
A weekly/monthly party or night? Unlikely. A lot of work for very little reward, and most girls don't want to hang out in a trans orientated club.

The legal situation in Indonesia (the largest Muslim population in the world) is problematic. We've had content from there before, and if a producer did go, I would like to source the content - but as a regular place to shoot, no.
Re: AMA - Steven Grooby (Ask Me Anything)
Good points, and thanks for the answer. Sharia law compliance and counsel costs could make shooting T Porn very difficult indeed.

I’ve seen a lot of Grooby Girls at TGirl Nights. Just recently I’ve seen Bee from Anaheim there I think she’s a regular.
Bee from Anaheim is from TS Casting Couch.
Re: AMA - Steven Grooby (Ask Me Anything)
Jamie runs that night, it's probably the only trans night in California and I've been down a few times, yes usually a few girls around that we'd recognise.
Re: AMA - Steven Grooby (Ask Me Anything)
I don't believe Indonesia has Sharia law apart from one autonomous part of the country. Practically any of the S.Asian countries it's difficult to shoot in because of local laws.
Re: AMA - Steven Grooby (Ask Me Anything)
Yes i was referring to the teas.
That's unfortunate that it is unlikely.
Club 7969/Peanuts was outstanding for years .
Hamburger Marys in long beach packs the ladies in.
I hear that club cobra is returning,
that club was always filled with girls !
Hallelujah !

"Back in the day" of the late 90s and early 2000's when I was just starting, Peanuts was Mecca. It was amazing and there were other clubs as you mention, Queen Mary was always fun. San Francisco was awesome also, and I had a few awesome encounters at Divas. NYC, New Orleans, Miami - every city had some sort of trans bar. But there are more trans girls now, and more accepted in society than before, and they're not wanting to go to 'tranny' clubs. They're women. And whether they are gay women, or straight women, they're looking to party in gay and straight clubs, not being sidelined into their own place. This is unfortunate for some of the girls who would feel more comfortable in trans clubs, and those who are looking to venture out dressed for their first time, and I wish there were more venues like that. It's also difficult for trans attracted men to meet girls in clubs. Online dating has screwed most of it.
Cobra I always thought was a shithole. They watered down the drinks, they overcharged to get it in and it seemed more cliquey then other places. The only times I enjoyed it were the days before the TEA show but even then I stopped going - they didn't support us (give our ticket holders a discount or something), they watered the drinks down massively, and hiked the prices up over what they charged on their gay nights - so fuck them.
TEAs 2022!

Re: AMA - Steven Grooby (Ask Me Anything)
I loved Queen Mary and Peanuts. I used to go there a lot as a boy.
I finally after many years and false starts began to get seriously dressed up. My number one issue is makeup which I'm still struggling with. It's still my secret side but I've always had an affinity toward trans girls, CDs and drag queens and more importantly wanted to be a girl [at least part time] it's still a big secret in my life but I have met some girlfriends which I am so happy about. I love this forum as well and the positive vibes given to Trans life.
