I think its cool to feature these kids! THey are some of the most supportive people to the trans community! As one of them is my closest friends. And Amanda Lepore came up through the Clubkid era!! And god knows some of the girls posted on this site could qualify as gay material as much as the clubkids! Just sayin!

I checked that twinkie thread out once or twice and many of those boys looked @15-16 yearsold.
The Feds simply throw people in prison for posting shit like that, no questions asked. So yeah if I ran HA I would have deleted it too.

The posters fucced up that thread and had it ultimately removed, NYCe had little to do with it.

What were the alternatives?? Keep the twinkie thread with the pre-pubes and watch HA disappear into the interwebz ether, or totally dodge the problem from the jump??

The Club Kids place was a perfect place to put up Izzy Hilton pics. I saw the thread as looking at ones, who weren't nescessarily declaring themselves as t, but but you kind of suspect, they will be t. It was in tlhe whole title, which was shortened to "club kids". So to me, they had to cross a gender line. But later some took it as posting any young looking thing with long hair, or the sharpest male features. So that's when the real question of age came up more.

I had a legal question myself that I didnt get the answer for. Is it legal here to post vids or vid links to a YouTube, (which would be non sexual) here about someone who is 16-18?
