Yah, their post-war designs were lacking. They shipped their last, best efforts off to Moscow with the Marshall Plan. The Soviets loved Packards so much that they kept on making them with the old body dies.
I wouldn't mind a spin in this '46 Packard, though. One of Canadian Pacific's inspection cars (Though my favorite is still their '48 Cadillac 75).

There's always a spot in my heart for famous F-bodies. They actually sold replicas if that car; everything worked except for the ejector seat, the self-driving, and if course the talking.
That show was cool...until they fucked with KITT making him a convertible with active aero...
The remake where they tried to use a PONY sucked rusty balls by the way...
