Cut to a bedroom scene. I'm looking in a mirror, dressed in lingerie and beating off furiously. (The big, fake mustache is still on.)

As I cum I scream, loudly "who's a dirty tranny. WHO'S A DIRTY TRANNY!"

I would giggle endlessly from producing such a scene, but I recognize the market just isn't there.
