Does life style predict how we age
im a non drinker, smoker and drug free
i dont stay in sunlight
and i try to get some rest, i use to party when i was younger but as i got older i find myself just wanting
to relax at home

I think the healthy lifestyle can make a big difference to how well you age. Your looking mighty fine for 40 Jessica!

Re: 40 years old
You're looking great at 40, Jessica. At 52, I don't really think of myself as all that old. In addition to eating right and exercising, I think a 3rd component is just feeling young. People who feel young and project that, look younger.

Re: 40 years old
Hahah i know what you mean. Ive always had a rather slim athletic build so used to just eat whatever but being so close to 30 i have gotten a little more careful about what i eat and how much i drink these days but im a guy so i guess there alot less social pressure to be looking in great shape all the time.

A happy medium of diet, exercise, and rest allowing yourself to go out and cheat a little. Listen to your body.
