Girls. Doctor Recommendations Please?

Has anyone used Revis for breast implants? I have my eye on him (I raised about half the money in my fundraiser), but I seem to have the idea in my head that he won't do them for transsexuals...

I just sent out a intruductory email, and didn't mention the transsexual part yet (though I mentioned who I was). I figure if they write back and seem cool I'll casually ask the question. I get a feeling that some doctors don't want to do boob jobs on transsexuals..

If Revis doesn't work out, who else is good for 800cc+ implants? The last thing I want is a plastic surgeon that will try to talk me down to 600cc when I want at least 800, maybe more.

If you're just getting a new bigger boob job and you already have implants that you're going to take out, is that called a "revision"? Seems like Pousti and some others charge an arm and a leg for a "revision".

I know it sounds stupid but I sorta wanted to do Revis, not only based on his work, but also because it was east coast. Ft lauderdale is like a really quick direct flight from here, whereas san diego can be a bit of a haul..
