The video says he's a personal trainer so best case scenario he's making $15 an hour...With a few clients a day that's hardly a living in this city unless he trains Olympic athletes. She's probably supporting both of them. Even the girls that aren't "top of the line" clear 6k a month tax free. Amelia probably does closer to 10-12k a month to be able to live here and afford transition.
