Most are men to women.

some are women to men.

There are hermaphrodites that are born with cock pussy. Some parents opt to have one removed at birth and decide for the child (Wrong in my opinion)
Some leave it and let the person grow up with both and either chooe or leave both (P.S. I would KILL to have sex wih an atractive hermaphrodite and if possible, fuck her and get fucked by her).

The transexuals that boast NO HORMONES are saying that because hormones usually effect the ability to get thier ock hard. So if they use no hormones and are just naturally fem or have surgeries and implants...............they are the ones who can usually get hard.
