A lot of transwomen (and ciswomen) I meet are straight though.

It's not so much about the physical body parts for me as it is with personality and openness to experience. I identify as queer. How does a transwoman who lives and passes as a woman in everyday life and has an F marker on her ID card, find a scene that is friendly to them?

I think this is a growing trend. We are actually going to do a night for trans girls only with no guys so the girls can mingle and socialize in a stress free environment.

It can be pretty tough, but I've had a lot of success just going to mixed Lesbian and Gays clubs. Seems like, too, the bicurious girls that are there with their gay friends are the best bet usually!

I have never really had any problems dating women, if you are open and honest with them from the start. Then you will know if they want to take it further or not, I would say from personal experience about 30-40% of lesbian/bi women are more than happy to date a trans woman.
