Things like that are so so sad. The importance of psychological counseling as tool of support and help to the girls in transition cannot be stressed enough. Unfortunately more money is spent on make up, and yes sadly enough drugs.

Agreed, but the silicone issues may explain the tone of the rest of her tweet. It can't be easy living, from such a young age, with the pain of a problem which she undoubtedly "regrets" and as you say, may never be resolved.
