Is Semen Good to eat???

I live to swallow loads.
I know if the penis is healthy it's great to swallow i.e. vitamins, a feeling of wellness and accomplishment, plus perhaps it fights depression.

Does anyone know the real health risks? I have swallowed maybe 150 loads and never got sick. There are a lot of opinions here. Can we have a consensus?
