Let's Improve Tgirl Tops!!! (Commitment from fans)

Here's the deal - The Tgirl Tops site is really inconsistent to me quality wise. I like this kind of content in general so I tolerate scenes that I actually think suck, mostly bc it's all we got.

Truthfully I want more total tops on the scene. I've been saying it all year and I'm getting annoyed now. Plenty of guys message me agreeing but stay quiet on the forums. Idk. So I'm pitching two ideas to solve this issue and make more of us happy:

1.) We create a Shortlist
Right now my first working idea is if we create a shortlist of like 10 gals that we can come to a consensus on (tops that haven't appeared yet on TGT and we WANT to see on TGT) and if grooby can commit to scenes with like 4 of them for 2022 then we join for a year.

2.) We front for scenes for a few specific gals
Another option is something grooby said, which idk if he was just being sarcastic or not but essentially those of us who can agree and come to a consensus on certain girls that we pool money together to have them appear. I don't really understand how this would work but it's an idea.

Several ppl message me about Chyna. I like her too and will throw her in to start the shortlist or to be one we front for. Who agrees? Personally I like Angela Longcock, Mistress Venom, Scarlett Peggings too. Guys, offer the tops you want to see so we can discuss and hash out what girls to bring in. Let's get this going bc I want better content. I don't think expect we can make every girl we want happen, but maybe we can steer this site into a better direction.

It goes without saying that your input means you are willing to put skin in the game. It's going to take more than 2 or 3 of us to carry this.

I'm not trying to yuck your yum but we all wish sites/producers catered exactly to what we liked so while I hope you are successful in your endeavor, I've pretty much given up and know that at least half of the sets grooby puts out each week across their sites won't interest me at all and in the remaining half that could be inviting, maybe only 2 or 3 will be must see. As a customer who has multiple concurrent memberships, that is not a great value proposition but it is what you have to accept because I'm not a porn producer.

When you have the same producer/videographer using the same talent in the same setting over and over again, it gets pretty boring and now you would prefer to limit the # of girls even more? My membership to tgirltops expired in December with the last scene I wanted to watch being Billie fucking Mason. Thereafter, I was still a member when the Melaine/Tony Orlando scene came out but I absolutely hate Tony Orlando and think he is a terrible performer so I don't care for that clip.

The next clip, though I have not seen it, is of Angelina Please, one of my favorite models, but she banging Tony Orlando, so I would pass on that too

The Jade Venus banging Mason which would interest me somewhat but I have seen Jade fuck a lot and therefore not a lot new there to get me going.

Crystal is beautiful and I am not as fatigued on her as I am Jade so I might be interested in that

My point is, I see little reason to rejoin Tgirl Tops right now and I would see even less if they only reused the same 10 girls over and over again. The scenes right now are quite cookie cutter and vanilla and reusing the same models over and over again will just make it worse.

It's a balance. Unlike some of the companies which producer a handful of scenes a month, using the same 15 models and invest more into the actual scene (props, makeup, location) we use a much wider approach/business model with the aim to appeal to a wider audience even though we know not every scene/set will please everyone. This is why most of our sites have multiple scenes a week.

You've actually contradicted yourself though, stating both "I would see even less if they only reused the same 10 girls" and "Pap Ki and Sofia Ponce..I've never heard of or just don't care" - we don't want to use the same 10 girls, and aim to show you girls you've never heard of (who had heard of Daisy, Crystal, etc. before we showed them).

Our ethos is built on the top shelf magazines available to me when growing up. You could get a general magazine with 5-6 photo spreads (Fiesta was my favourite) and the hope that 1-2 would really hit for you, another 1-2 would be 'okay' and the rest maybe didn't work. There was also magazines which specialized in Black, BBW, Mature and Asian - and they worked within those niches, with the same business model.

We know when we put a specific model on GroobyGirls she isn't going to appeal to everyone, but if she's a specific type (body shape, ethnicity, look) then the goal is to please a fair segment who don't have other places where these types are shown. We then show 'crowd pleasers' who are tried and test models (or new models who we know are going to hit) and then new models/models returning after a while. These last ones are always the riskiest. We don't have a casting process (all the other companies use our sites as their casting ... yet don't pay us!), we rely on the images the model has sent in and her social media to move forward on a shoot. Most work out, some don't - some fail so badly they don't see the light of day. With models already making good income off their fan type accounts, it's difficult to get new models in - but this is the foundation of what we do. We also have a policy of wanting to bring models back if we see improvements through their time on hormones, surgery or aesthetic improvements - but this can also produce mixed results.

For a site like TgirlTops or Tgirls.porn where we only have the budgets (and the logistics) to do a full length scene a week, the attrition is harder as people won't stick around a week or two longer, if that week's scene didn't interest them. It's extremely difficult to get 52x male as bottom scenes a year, on top of 52x girl/girl and 200x boy/girl scenes. We don't have the producers, or the models available - and sometimes getting next week's scene is a struggle. While I appreciate people may not care for a male model, and those who don't have experience in this industry - their simple fix may be 'switch him out for someone else', there simply isn't always someone available and willing. So we use what and who is available to us.

There is a fantasy among certain members that I sit behind a giant desk, with casting books in hand and make calls for producers to get XYZ model with ABC model. Our side of the industry just isn't like that, we don't have that many full time models, models are spread out all over the country, not all our producers are fulltime - and not all of the girls are available at anytime. Getting models tested before shoots puts a lot of them off (time consuming), etc.

Your summation of what our aim is, is pretty close - we are trying to maximise the profits on each scene while keeping you around, so we do aim to try and please as many as possible - it's just not always possible.

Steven, I am not against your methods. Simply put, I am an avid fan of the porn your produce but the fact remains that if Corbin had his wish, I would see less of a reason to resubscribe to Tgirl Tops. GG, Fem Out, Tgirls XXX and Tgirls.Porn are the sites that hold my attention mostly due to the variety of girls you feature. I do join the Network, BTG, Bobs and the Asian Sites (Frank's included in that) from time to time but my main interest lay in the 4 above.

You need not defend your business model to me or anyone else because at least as it pertains to me, I don't assume that it is easy to get quality shoots...I know that it can't be easy which is why though I would love to be a producer...love to put my shoot what I find hot in a scene, as I live in an area that I think you have covered (outside Philly), I'd be trying to tap a well that is already being used. Keep up the good work but again, despite the fact that I mind sound like a broken record, I'd prefer that you keep variety on Tgirls Tops as it incentivizes someone like me to rejoin. As for the 2 girls I mentioned that I don't know about or care about...I will reserve judgment until I rejoin because you are right...I don't care about them (yet) because I have not seen their work.
