I think the reason for the appeal is pretty obvious. It's more appealing visually than watching a tgirl with some hairy guy.

Also, many guys who watch TS porn think of themselves as straight and dislike any association with 'gayness'. Such people may not like the idea of watching tgirls topping guys but are happy to see them topping GGs.
