It’s not a discussion of their private lives, it’s about their work in porn, which I think is fair game for discussion. I think it’s good to be concerned with the privacy of adult models. If these people had retired from the adult industry and then transitioned, then you would have more of a point. Just my opinion though.

I think their transition is part of their private life, though, not part of their work in porn. The porn they've done (pre- and post-transition) is in the public domain, and they have consented to that. But the information linking the two is private, unless there is some reason to think they've consented to it being public knowledge.
