That's a really weird question... do not think so , even if a real TS with all the Estradiol levels in our bodies it's almost impossible to get a woman pregnant, obviously if a TS is going with the transition . If it does before starting the process I believe it's possible since the testosterone levels are normal and the testis are producing sperms.

I've been foolishly trying to get my boyfriend pregnant for the past year with no luck..
my sperm count must be low
oh well, I still love it when he calls me daddy!

I think Barbie (originally in LA from N. Carolina) did but I'm not sure.
