Deep Purple is great. I was able to go to a show on the Perfect Strangers tour. One of the best concerts ever.

    Get these albums

    1971 Fireball
    1972 Machine Head
    1972 Made in Japan
1973 Who Do We Think We Are
    1974 Burn
    1974 Stormbringer
    1975 Come Taste the Band
    1984 Perfect Strangers

    And these DVDs
Deep Purple Live in Concert 72/73
    Live in California 74

That was Gilmore? I thought it was but then was like, naaaaaaaaah, can't be.
What a weird coming together - I wonder what it was for?

Steve Morse, who has played with Deep Purple for years now, is a fantastic musician. Here are a few clips of him playing with Purple & Living Loud, with Jimmy Barnes on vocals. (Lee Kerslake on drums & Bob Daisley on bass.)
