QUESTION! QUESTION! How Orchiectomy affects your Sex-Drive?
I had orchiectomy more than a year ago, and I still have a very strong sex drive. How is this possible? Have you heard of a procedure in which the doctor only removes one testicle?? Is this true, and if so, why do they do that? Is my high sex drive normal, or does it means that the doctor didn't do the orchiectomy successfully??

i dont know for sure but...
i think it varies for everyone and...
your 'horniness' isnt totally dependant on testosterone levels (which are lessened by orchi). it can be mostly mental.
i have not heard of that procedure- 1 testicle removed, not in the tgirl & feminization worl anyway.

Are you serious? Just reach down and feel if you still have a testicle that is an easy enough thing to do.
I still get horny and its been 5 years for me. Sex isn't just chemical, its in your brain.

There are reasons to take just 1 testes out; if someone has testicular cancer on only one testes, has major damage to one testes- it is not normal procedure for two to be removed at once.
The body also only needs 1, like most things. 1 Testes, by itself is enough to make normal amounts of T for a guy.
The only time, that I know of, where surgeons will take two healthy testes out at once (bilateral orchi) is with trans patients.
People don't need T to be able to get errections, and people don't need to get errections to have a sex drive. So all the hrt in the world, orchis- none of that is guaranteed to axe that.
But how could you not know if you still have a testicle? That's like saying "how do I know I have two feet."
And maybe its easier to withdraw from life
With all of its misery and wretched lies
If we're dead when tomorrow's gone
The Big Machine will just move on
Still we cling afraid we'll fall
Clinging like the memory which haunts us all

Before GRS, I had a bilateral orchiechtomy, and while my sex drive
was lower post orchi, I still had a very healthy sex drive.
FYI, testosterone is produced not only in the testes, but also in the
ovaries and the adrenal glands, though in much smaller quanitities.
Bottom line, as I alsways say "The brain is the ultimate sex organ".

The reason I doubt is because I still feel some lumps after bilateral orchiectomy.
I cannot believe I still wake up horny after orchi,
I hate that, if I had a pussy it would be a different story.

The thing is, I spoke with him and he told me the lump was going to disappear...but it never did.
