Hey Fitz,

I respect your opinion and I think we can have an intelligent dialogue on this, one that might shed some light for others.

About me;

African American, from Hyde Park and a student at U. of C. where Obama was a law professor. Huge supporter.

Have dealt with many racist situations like being called nigger, not being let into certain nightclubs and even having a cab driver lock his doors when I reached to get in.

The president whether black or white, republican or democrat has got to be the target of criticism to keep things honest. It is one of the media's most important roles.

I have seen really racist shit about Obama; the emphasis on his middle name, the infamous Watermelon White house, the continuing focus on his birth certificate and countless others. If I got pissed off at every racist thing I perceived it would kill me from bitterness. I am speaking only for me here and who I am.

While I can see portraying him as an African witch doctor can be construed as racist, the tying it to healthcare legislation and soviet socialism puts it in the parody arena. In bad taste? Absolutely.

Last point.

Underdog probably put it up to get a rise out of folks. Each of us can choose how we respond to it.
