In total agreement with Panty and Mandy! I was shocked not to see Yasmin on the list! I thought it would be her year. Its up to the directors and production to nominate someone, AVN just take the name and place it. Its who you know and if you produce. I think Foxxy should of been nominated as well!

I do think Celeste, Kimber, and Jesse deserve the nomination! Celeste was the star of many Dvds this year and a great entertainer who is gorg! Jesse always gives a 110 to every movie! And Kimber should be recognized for what she has done and can do. I think any of these choices would represent the title well!
I believe Buddy deserves his nomination, he is creative, intelligent, and a wonderful director! And has made Hazel and many other girls bright stars in the porn world! Good luck to Hazel as well. I think Olivia should be reconized for her dedication and longjevity in the game!

Furthermore I think the parties after etc is the fun part and meeting the fans! I am SO mad at you Steven for not coming this year! You are an awesome guy!

I do not wish all the nominees luck, but I wish the ones mentioned the best of luck! The nominations have become much like continental but trashier. It is who you know or someone nominates themselves. Lol

I hope to see all the fans at signings this year! It will be my last fuck you! Lol

I'm guessing this was aimed at me and Kelly, not sure why you feel you know enough about me to say I need to grow up. I expressed my opinion, and as far as bitchy tranny comments go it was pretty mild. I don't really give a shit about AVN and who gets nominated one way or another, just was shocked that some performers were not nominated and some were. I was probably in a feisty mood when I wrote what I wrote and I didn't mean it to come across as an attack on anyone, sorry if I ruffled any ones feathers.

On a personal note, I do not and never will expect any sort of recognition from AVN for my work, because I generally just do what I want to do and more and more that involves less comercially viable and more creative endeavors. I will never be mainstream, never want to be mainstream, thus never expect mainstream recognition.

That said I think very highly of many of the performers who were nominated and I wish them all the best, in Vegas and in general. I can't say as I'm really rooting for anyone in particular as I know, have had sex with, or am friends with enough of the girls who were nominated that it is impossible to root for any girl individually.

...... and you don't get paid more..it's a title (Mandy, you will make it with it or with out the nomination.)......Secondly I disqualified myself from any and all competitions because I think it should go to someone who plans on staying in the industry...I was called about being nominated Holly...and I told them NOT TO...Holly I do not know you...rarely spoke to you when I saw you...and you are totally off base............I disqualified myself on purpose, when I saw that the tranny awards was rooting for me on their blog I also asked them to disqualify me and/or give my votes to Jesse or Jasmine.... FYI I am still signing and I am still attending the AVNs....but for the FANS not for some award....I hope to see all the FANS there as I stated previously it will be my last HURRAH...before I leave! I'm engaged to be married...I want to lead a normal life....Good Luck to you Holly and anyone else...but I am a nice girl and don't deal with petty arguments..but I don't hold back on my opinions either to be politically CORRECT. PS on a special note to all of the girls who are nominated make sure when you ask for ticket to the awards show you have to make sure they also give you a pass or second ticket or badge for the real red carpet they were only letting the GGirls walk it last yr poor me wore a 3k dress and didnt get to show it off right but make sure to ask for the red carpet badge for the real one they played buck and many of use last yr and would not let us or any TS GIRLS who were nominated walk it ... and remember take your time on it and enjoy your moment xoxoox

I forgot to add some other things mentioned here that were not true-
it takes more than one person nominating you to get a nomination (for instancre one self nomination won't work) and I think as an AVN award winner you can command more money and should (AND that should extend beyond shooting). For instance I have turned town Kink (TS Seduction) on several occasions because I feel the pay is not worth it for me. If I worked for $1,500 a scene when I first started seven years ago , I certainly would not work for that now unless of course it was for a friend or a trade or something I chose to do because the benefit would be much greater than money. In fact anything I would do now would have to be because I reaaaaaaaaaaaaally was inspired to do so and nothing has come along yet. That is one thing the girls should really do, is command your worth once you get established.

I think we should all just be happy for the girls who are doing a great job and doing good work in the industry. I am happy that there is a new generation of performers who will- I am sure have more benefits and great appreciation that my generation in XXX ever did.
