Breast implants - illness and expectations

This story appeared in UK newspapers today - a cause of concern for thousands of women who've had breast implants and also for many TS girls. At present it is primarily women who've had implants done in France.

But it does point to something bigger which is the cultural pressure on women and on TS women to conform to the notion that large breasts are a necessity if they are to appear beautiful. I recall a few years ago a radio advert in the US for a competition. The first prize was free breast enhancement.

Why cannot we men and the wider culture support women looking the way that they were built (by God or nature) rather than them buying into this stereotype and engaging in surgery which can be so dangerous. And even if not it often leaves unsightly scars.

There is a thread here called something like "I like them flat too."

Freddie you aren't alone. Sure, I love to see some meaty, beaty, big and bouncy boobage. But I also really enjoy a woman who has smaller, pert breasts as well. Love 'em real, no matter what size. Implants can be wonderful, if done right. However, I Feel, if you are going to get your boobs done, then do it for 2 reasons:

1: you've had a kid, and because of that, they are saggy and in bad shape.
2: you are flat, but your body would be more proportioned if you had maybe a B or small C-cup.
addendum would be for a gurl transitioning to fill out her body, in proportion, to allow her to become more perfectly feminine.

anything more is overkill. sexy? sure, it could be. but is it REALLY necessary? most likely, not.

breasts are like cars...each has a certain level of enjoyment. sometimes i drive my big ford fuck you mobile getting 12 MPG and other times i drive my 370z because good things come in all sizes of packages. i don't care if they are fake or not. what i care about most is do they look good on the girl. they have to fit her overall frame/body weight. if i like how they look on her, i don't care what they are made of.

I'll give you an example....using 2 of my favorite black tgirls. china was a cutie without implants...now she is utterly amazing because she looks so much more fem to me. amyiaa starr, on the other hand has a really bad boob job and despite the fact that i love her face, southern accent and her vigor in HC scenes (love that jack hammer ts seduction clip), her boobs are a huge turn off because the look like her doctor got his license from a cereal box.

If a woman is born with large breasts, they are great. If they are born with small or even tiny breasts, that is equally great. Because they are real It is the real of it that makes it sexy. Enlargements on GG and TS are often lumpy or hard, and do not look real. They are too often improperly shaped, uneven, and usually because they are oversized.

It is amazing how many girls get implants because they think that is what guys want to see. If they are natural, then yes we want to see them, touch them, play with them, lick them....... But if they look really fake, then you went through the surgery for nothing. We don't give one single shit if you have big or tiny breasts. It is NOT what makes you sexy. How you carry yourself and your attitude makes you sexy. Adriana is the perfect example of this.
