Say I were to shape up considerably... how would I make it into the niche TG porn industry? Do I just move over to New York, walk into some office and say "I'm signing up"?

As for contacts, I kinda would suggest World Modeling but I'm not sure if T's have it setup where they have talent agencies yet.

Are you sure your ready for porn? Not every guy can do it. I'd say amature porn is a bit more relaxed, not as many people, no hungry film crew wanting to get the scene over so they can eat lunch, etc, etc.

There's no "test" per say, I'd say if you can come and get a hard-on, on command I'd say your in good shape.

Pretty sound advice.You continually see the same dozen dudes in big time porno cuz they are the only ones who can get it up,and keep it up in less than ideal boner maintaining situations.

Get a girlfriend who is planning on getting into porn,or is already there...and then do scenes w/ her.....Alot easier said than done,but its the truth.

Women drive the industry, guys are a dime a dozen. The fact you see only so many is the fact that only so many can do it. Add to the fact that they don't bother to hide your face in mainstream porn, which is still troubling socially in America and I'd say even in Western Europe.

I mean I used to see Randy West on a regular basis and I was one of maybe 3-4 people (men) in the store that even knew it was him.

That's proof enough that women rule the industry.

Anyway, your best bet is to answer ads whenever you see them. Also you might want to cruise some known porn star sites. Alot of the women in porn offer chances to be in web cam sessions with them and I'm almost SURE they get more flaky people than guys that actually show up. You may have to pay a fee, but overall if you REALLY want to find out if your cut out for the business, its an investment.
